About The Eboo
Where is the Eboo Aeroponic made?
Eden Aeroponics makes the Eboo locally right here in Canada.
What is the Eboo made of?
Sustainably harvested wood and 3D printed food grade plastic. We are negotiating a deal where we will be using recycled water bottles. How cool is that?!
How much produce can the Eboo grow?
The Eboo is able to feed a family of four their leafy greens all year long.
Will the Eboo increase my energy bill?
The Eboo has a very efficient pump and LED full spectrum light. These both run on a timer and costs about the same as running a regular light bulb.
Can I use the Eboo outside?
Absolutely, though we recommend keeping it covered under a roof due to its natural wood structure.
How big is the Eboo? Can it fit into an apartment or condo?
Our Eboo is made to fit small apartments, condos, homes, and more. For specific dimensions, see the Eboo here.
What does the Eboo need to work?
Everything is provided, aside from a receptacle to plug the light and pump into.
Using the Eboo
Where should I set up the Eboo?
The Eboo is a piece of furniture that easily fits into any space. Just set it up near an outlet and you're ready to go.
Do I need a water connection?
The Eboo has a water reservoir, so no need for a water connection. Just check in on it every week to make sure it's still full and running.
Do I need to secure the device to a wall?
The Eboo is a standalone unit that doesn't need to be secured to the wall.
Can I go on vacation and leave the Eboo on?
Absolutely! Though we suggest you have someone check the water level if you're going to be gone for some time.
Eboo Maintenance
Is the Eboo difficult to maintain?
The Eboo is easy to maintain! Just place the plant pods into the towers, fill the reservoir with water and nutrients, and plug the garden in.
How often do I need to clean the Eboo?
You can clean the eboo with the provide cleaner as needed
Use our provided cleaner to clean your Eboo as needed. Typically, we clean ours as we harvest and a full cleaning about every six months.
Full instructions are provided in the gardener's manual.
How long do the LED lights last?
The LED lights for the Eboo are guaranteed for up to two years.
Growing Your Plants
What's the difference between a hydroponic garden and an aeroponic garden? Aren't they the same thing?
Hydroponic usually involves floating the plants in water whereas Aeroponics uses a misting system and the plant roots just hang out in the air.
Where can I buy plant food?
We supply a specially designed bio-fertilizer that is water soluble. You can also find a list of retailers in Canada in your instruction booklet.
If I want to use my own seeds or plants for the Eboo, what do you suggest?
If you'd like to use your own seeds, please refer to the instructions sent with your Eboo. You can also contact us here.
Do the plants come with a starter set?
Our Eboo garden comes with everything you need to get started including personally curated organic seeds, a starting tray, a dome and bio-fertilizer.

How can I find out the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may also log into your account to verify the status of your order.
Are there any financing options?
We provide installment payments and also give special discounts for schools and food banks.
Are there any additional fees, or will I require a membership for the Eboo?
You can purchase bio-fertilizer, organic seeds and other product direct from us (to be available soon). We'll also offer a subscription model to supply everything you need to start your harvest cycles.
